Administrative Assistant

(Part Time 20-25 hours per week)


Aperture Aviation is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Part Time Administrative Assistant. This position is intended for students pursuing an accounting/finance degree; interest in the General Aviation industry would be ideal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support day-to-day accounting duties under direct management of the Controller;

  2. Perform administrative support, scanning, and archiving;

  3. Process basic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new hire, change of status, logistics updates;

  4. Assist with Accounts Payable - enter and process invoices for payment;

  5. Assist with monthly billing;

  6. Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations;

  7. Perform administrative support, scanning, and archiving;

  8. Additional duties as assigned.


  1. Working towards a degree in accounting/finance, or 1-2 years accounting or related experience;

  2. General Aviation experience and knowledge helpful but not required;

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  4. Knowledge and skill with various software packages and Excel;

  5. Professional, helpful and courteous team player;

  6. Availability to work in office - no remote work. Hour/day flexibility may be discussed, but core hours should still be in between 8AM-6PM when in office;

  7. Must be willing to sign NDA;

  8. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
